Given the theme of this Summit, Luke Taylor’s company couldn’t have a better name if it tried. Luke is one of the founding partners of award-winning branding agency UnitedUs. It’s a Brighton-based team of 20 strategists and creatives who work with global brands including the LEGO Group, London Irish RFC and Aon.

But the company doesn’t rely on its impressive client list to keep its employees happy – it is determined to help staff enjoy a good work/life balance. Luke is working to build and maintain an environment where creatives can live and thrive. As part of UnitedUs’s venture arm Heavy Industries, Luke is also Creative Director and owner of businesses including Holy Cow Ice Creams and property business Mr and Mrs Clarke.
