Traditionally, the focus for the disability conversation has been on charity, welfare, vulnerable people and responsibility of government. But  in the 21^st century, this needs to change and move towards understanding the value, wider community contribution and opportunity for all disabled people and organisations.

Drawing on his lived experience of disability and current role as Chief Executive of Purple, Mike will tell through stories how change is being achieved. He’ll explain how and why organisations as well as individuals need to unite to play a part.
