Our second keynote speaker is Mike Adams – CEO of multi-million-pound disability business Purple, dad of five and devoted Brighton fan.

Purple is a cutting-edge organisation which is committed to changing the disability conversation with businesses and disabled people both here and abroad. It also provides direct support services to more than 4,500 disabled people, helping them to lead more independent lives.

But there is also money to be made. The “Purple Pound” disability market is worth £274billion. Mike is leading the development of products and services to transform the landscape across all business sectors and borders.

He also found time to create Purple Tuesday, which has been lauded for its contribution to changing customer experience for disabled people by influencing physical, online and work environments.

In 2012 he was awarded on OBE for his services to disability.
