Victoria Garcia is the Accessibility and Communities Manager at Brighton & Hove Buses and Metrobus.

Her role is simply to ensure accessibility is considered throughout every aspect of the passenger’s journey.

Victoria has been honoured with an MBE for ‘services to disabled transport users’ and received the highest UK Bus Award of ‘Impact on the Bus Industry by an Individual’, and in the new year she was also named on the Passenger Transport ‘Rising Star’ list.
